Winter Raptor ID

In the Northeastern US, Winter is perhaps the best season for birders to observe raptors. During the coldest months of the year, unique raptor species migrate into our area and share territory with year-round residents. This 60-minute program will introduce the expected winter raptors that inhabit our region, and provide insights on how to identify and appreciate them. Presented to North Fork Audubon Society in February 2021.
